Swaylock's Network Terms of Use

The "Swaylock's Network" refers to the group of sites owned and administered by Swaylock's LLC, including Swaylock's Network and Quivermag.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that Swaylock's Network does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that Swaylock's Network shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of the Terms or for any other reason.

3. Notification of Claims of Infringement

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please notify Swaylock's agent for notice of claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Agent"), at admin at Swaylock's Network

Please provide our Agent with the following Notice:

  • Identify the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  • Identify the material on the Swaylock's Network site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it on the website;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (a) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (b) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of that owner;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address; and
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

    • Swaylock's will gladely remove the infringing posting(s), subject to the the procedures outlined in the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).

    4. Trademarks

    The names, logos, and taglines identifying Swaylock's Network products and services are proprietary marks and the Intellectual Property of Swaylock's Network. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

    5. Content Submission

    Certain areas of the Swaylock's Network Web Sites allow for the exchange of information between you, the USER, and Swaylock's Network . Swaylock's Network does not claim ownership of the Content You place on the Website and shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Content. Unless otherwise stated herein, or in Swaylock's Network's Legal and Privacy Notices, any Content You provide in connection with this Website shall be deemed to be provided on a nonconfidential basis. INFORMUS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO USER FOR ANY CLAIM(S) RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SYSTEM, ANY OF THE SERVICES, DATA, IMAGES, TEXT, PROGRAMS, OR OTHER MATERIALS.

    8. Accuracy of Information

    While all reasonable attempts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information, neither Swaylock's Network, nor its information contributors can be held responsible by USER for the accuracy of the information found in the Swaylock's Network Web Site.
