Pre-Shaping
Pau Hana Surf Supply now provides pre-shaping for PU, EPS, and Balsa blanks. All blanks are pre-shaped at the maximum number of cuts or Extra Fine. By cutting with the maximum number of passes, there is a minimum amount of scrubbing to do after the pre-shaping is done. This level of quality is provided at no extra charge.
Shape files must be submitted in the Shape 3D File Format. Additionally, digitizing services are available for $200 per board.
