These are miniture fins or skegs shaped like the kind on the bottom of surf boards. These are skegs for your fins called FinFinz. They are designed to attach to the top of your fins so when you are riding the wave it will be on the bottom cutting through the wave giving you the ability to hold fast in the speed lane preventing you from sliding sideways down the wave. They have different colors and were made in Hawaii.
