Was given an old OLSON board, in pretty bad shape.

Circa 60's OLSON longboard found in the rafters of a warehouse I was doing work in. The nose is totally screwed, and someone tried to fix in . The fix didn't work very well ,so it delamed all the way down the stringer. I found it this way and was wondering if there is anyway to fix it , but keeping it looking somewhat original?
