I've been experimenting with board construction for 6 years. I need to clearout some room in my garage if I want to make any more.
This is board number 14/22 that I've made.
It is 8'x22"x3". One Lb. EPS with 1/6" balsa sandwiched between 6 zo. glass on inside and 6 oz. Glass on the outside. Redwood perimeter rails, concave deck.
No dings, dents, or??? Prime number 1.
Ride report...I ride longboards, what else can I say? IT catches waves FAST! Turns even faster and holds in just fine. Nice lightweight (10 lbs) MinMal.
