I am looking to buy a Bendiksen surfboard. Dan Bendiksen was a close family friend at the time of his passing a few years back. He and my pops worked at the fire dept. together. My dad is getting ready to retire and I would love to get him a Bendiksen shaped board. He has one that he and Dano shaped together before he became ill but it means so much to him that he does not want to ride it anymore. It just hangs in the house for all to see. I guess that makes my mom a cool chick. Anyways I am looking for something in decent condition that he can ride and eventually put on top of his streetrod when he is done. That way Dan will be with him on the cruises like they talked about many times.
