Gunther Rohn for Occy

I rented this board on a surf trip and next to the dimensions was written “for Occy” (see photos) I’m wondering if anyone can help identify if it was shaped and ridden by Mark Occhilupo, or just some other guy who goes by the nickname Occy. Thanks!
