Business has increased and orders are piling up. Established surfboard factory/core surf shop in Camarillo, CA needs part-time/full-time help in all phases of surfboard construction and repair. We do everything from open-ocean paddle boards to 48” belly boards, and everything in between. Experience with EPS/epoxy construction a plus. Twenty hours minimum a week to start, with potential for full-time for the right person. Salary based on demonstrated skill and experience. Shop has 2,000sq ft of floor space, with two shaping bays, seperate ding repair area, sanding room and polishing room, 10 laminating racks and retail area.
