On Saturday, September 21st, from 7 am to 1 pm, Surfing Heritage and Culture Center will host the annual Vintage Surfboard Collectors Club meet in the SHACC parking lot. This is an all ages, free event. Author Jaime Brisick will also be on hand from 9-noon, to sign copies of his new book, “Dazzling Blue“. A Fulbright scholar and a lifelong surfer, Brisick has written several books about surf culture and writes a surf culture blog for Birdwell Beach Britches.
