Nose to Tail Foiling - linear vs non-linear design

Suppose we magically shaped two boards that were identical, the only difference being foil throughout. Also, end points for tail and nose are the same. Board one is foiled such that the thickness relationship is linear if you measured from tail/nose in towards the middle. Foil on board two is non-linear, meaning the thickness measurements increase more gradually as you measure in towards the middle, but then ramp up faster to reach the same middle point as board one. How would you describe their behaviour paddling into a wave and turning?
