Hi does anyone know how to make the 1960 s pigment solid color gel coat it’s a thick coat of solid color need to make a little for a 1966 solid colour pigmented board need proper descriptions of what I need to buy the pigment color is sky blue tried uploading photo but it was to big to upload color match will be hard with pigment but need as close as I can thanks

You can buy the color “Sky Blue” from Shapers Supply.  That may or may not be what you are looking for.  The original method for making “Opaque” pigment in the 60’s was to take Tint(not Pigment) and add White.  This usually resulted in Opaque colors that were Pastels.  “Sky Blue” is a Pastel.  (Ie “Easter Egg”).
