Wondered about colouring my stringer … ?
Thought about taping up stringer either side and running a posca between the tape to give the stringer some colour?
OR
Taping up then using water based paint (spray or poster) to run between the tape?
Do-able??? Don’t do it??? Anyone done it???

Doable. Will it. Bleed under the tape? Probable.
I never really thought about it before, but a resin pinline type application or maybe an opaque resin stain prior to laminating could possibly work. Then it becomes part of the lamination itself.
On top of the sanded hot coat might work better. Single strand of carbon fiber looks good too.
