Doors open at 7:00 p.m. at Oceanside’s Grace Theater for
the Tribute to SURFER Magazine which begins promptly at 8:00 p.m. with MC Peter King. The Tribute includes video
clips, a slideshow and appearances from SURFER editors Drew Kampion, Steve Pezman, Jim Kempton, Paul Holmes, Matt Warshaw,
Steve Hawk, Evan Slater, Sam George, Chris Mauro, and Joel Patterson, as well as Sean
McNulty on behalf of his father Patrick
McNulty and iconic surfers Skip
Frye, Shaun Tomson, Bob Mignonia and Rob
Machado among others.

At the end of the retrospective there will be a Question
and Answer session followed by a table signing with all the SURFER Publishers
and Editors present. SURFER 50th Anniversary posters will be available on site.

to the after party at Harney Sushi where the celebration will continue with
music, comradery and half price specials for Tribute attendees.
