OK, I’m moving to Lisbon in August- for at least three years. Looking to not have to go it alone with getting into the surf sceen there. Not sure where to begin. Any tips? Contacts? Any info or connections would be appreciated.
Also, for any of you Monterey folks, I lived down there from 2006 until 2008…unfortunately not longer! I was an Asilomar and Carmel Beach (and Surfrider events) regular, if any of you remember me now!!! (Ron, Ximena, Doug, Brett…) I know it has been a while, but hope that someone has some good connections over there! Also, would love to extend some Aloha your way, so hit me up if anyone is heading that way for a trip.
