not too much. Basically clark had a monopoly on the market, and their blanks weren't all that good (no competition) now that the foam situation is all sorted out the blanks arn't very sought after. Additionally they arn't too rare. If you want it to be valuable you are probably going to have to wait a long time until they become a collector item. I would just shape it and ride the board.
The 9'4"H was a good plug in my opinion. Use the blank to make yourself a nice longboard. Somebody might pay more for it, but if I saw it on Craiglist I'd offer at most $75. Clark blanks are really not that rare, tons of people had them stashed away in garages and sheds.
