Heads up everybody. Check google and search engines for your own surfboard name. I have found scammers using my name, and others, to sell unknown boards of dubious brand and quality. For instance, someone searches for your surfboard name in google that pulls up their site with your company name. TheFancy.com in Japan is doing such things. You can search them in google by entering: (as I show it, with and without quotes):
site:thefancy.com “your surfboards name”
I suspect they are using this site and search engines to come up with company names to use in their knock-off Internet marketing campaign that covers possibly hundreds of products. You should check your company, even a small one, to avoid the boomerang effect of these (in my opinion) scammers. They are hosted by godaddy.com and godaddy has a trademark and copyright violation complaint form that you can file.
