Been reading another book about the Apaches. It is about the Bronco Apaches specifically. They never surrendered and continued living and raiding both sides of the border as they had done for 100's of years and continued well into the 20 century. The book discusses the Morman colony in Mexico in which Romney's family still lives. The book quotes a Gertrude Romney concerning the raiding Apaches and living in fear. Very interesting family history. Great Americana stuff. Today the Sierra Madres are still very dangerous for the Morman-Mexicans because of the drug cartels. The great place for Apaches to hide and launch raids is still a great place to hide, smuggle, and kidnap today.
When I was 18 and ready to vote for the first time my grandfather took me aside and told me if anyone ask me who I vote for tell them, "None of your God damn business."
G-rat, none of your God damn business. My wife doesn't know how I vote either.
neither,,,a politician always wins (fatal flaw),,, more of the same.

Good for you Rooster. I'm liking your Grand-dad!
Having some Indian blood in my veins, I appreciate the Apache and their struggle to keep a small resemblance of their life and ways.
Probably where I get some of my rebel ways!
Every election, even tho I I do vote, it only reminds me of a line from an old song by The Who.
Meet the new boss...
Same as the old boss.

Ya, first world problems
I don't like either one of them. So I am not voting.
if you make under $250,000 a year, you'd have to be a moron to vote for Romney.
If you make over $250,000 a year, you'd have to be an idiot to vote for Obama.
So which one are you not?
A moron or an idiot?
Kool Aid will be served, on the veranda.
