G-Mat Custom Surfmats

It's finally time to get going with this G-Mat business. I'm now in a position to take orders for custom mats having recently been building a few for other people which have gone down well and I have a few solid basic models.

I won't go on and on in this post but will point the interested in the direction of my new website:

http://customsurfmats.com/

Please feel free to share that about.

I also have a Facebook pagefor them into such stuff:

https://www.facebook.com/customsurfmats

Also a Twitter account: @surfmatbuilder

I'm going to be running a waiting list so get in touch if you want to talk about getting a mat.

I need to take a bit of time to thank Dale Solomonson and Paul Gross for the support and encouragement they have given me in my journey so far. Truly great pioneers under the radar of the surf scene.

Cheers

Great work G, hope it turns out to be a winner for you !

I just sent you an email so I can get one as soon as possible, very keen to get on board.

Nice one.

This is the latest addition to my personal quiver is a model I’ve tagged the ‘Ute’.

Here is some schpeel on all that:

This particular mat is a 70/70 construction so super pliable and very responsive.

Grayman - my suggestion is to start a thread in the “Swaylocks Surfshop” folder http://www.swaylocks.com/forum/1000015, and just use it as a kind of blog, or running ad, but with commentary, questions, etc.  The surfshop folder is set up for discussing things that are for sale, so there is no violation of protocol, and you can post pics, testimonials, etc. and people can ask questions, all right there in your thread.  I think it would be a really cool thread.

Thanks Huck.

It seem to be set-up for selling single items (which I do from time to time). Is that right or is there a way to give a general overview of what I’m up to as I have here?

Cheers

There is sometimes confusion between Surfshop the selling part of swaylocks, and Swaylocks Surfshop the forum folder for ongoing discussions, which is why I provided the link, I hope it works ok.  The forum folder would be the place, there are ongoing discussions of stoker v surfboards, and coil surfboards, similar to how I think your thread would go. Let me know if the link works for you.

BTW, love your avatar
