The thing that doesn't show in the pics is all the little dings I'm racking up by all the handling entailed in painting foam in my little shop. And from being a klutz! Really irritating. Otherwise, coming along.
Had a little time today, and still no resin, so did a little more painting.
food for thought,,,, and this probably occured to you after the fact,,,,, would it have given you a better base for the art work if you had painted the blue panel before hand?
you better hurry and get some resin before you paint that board 3 times over,,, haha!
Huck- don't take this the wrong way. But the double wing swallow is a great design for Folk's who have been out of the water for awhile...Fyi - I had to move inland for awhile, and I got the bug to surf!So iI bought a double winged swallow and took her out at the lane.... probably not the wisest thing after being out of the water for over five six yrs.....you wouldn't believe it! Now I have had a vision of that board with a Bonzer fin set. Maybe it's just my obsession with Bonzers.

The only time Johnny Fain could fly is when Weber got in his way paddling out (deliberate).
