Im having trouble, im new to board building and have no idea where to put the vent, do i drill through my board till i reach the hollow part or what.
If anyone got any tips im 100% on taking advice

Yes, the vent has to reach the hollow part. Other than that, put it where u want, usually topside, fore or aft.
