Lemat, long distance friend of mine, how many times have I asked you to give some details about your builds? You are killing me. That board looks killer! You have some bi-ax cloth showing through on the deck. What have you done? Please?
I love the way the color highlights the weave. And BTW, are you going to ride this one?
All the best

Here i use a 9oz industrial biaxial stitch glass. It's cheap because it's a standard for small boat building. So i lamiante it on foam with less resin (tinted) possible then i cheater coat it with a white epoxy foam resin then i sand and laminate clear over. 2x4oz under, 1.9eps foam (i buy blocs), omega composite stringer on top and sealed with a flexible lightweight epoxy past. PE finish. Board weight 2.5kg.
It's my standard shortboard, that can be what i ride but i use only my 5'9 twinfins know. This one is the everyday board for a friend, good level.
6-8 x 20.5 egg, wide point back. Epoxy over PU with hemp deck and fin patches. Shown with a 7.5" fin I made out of G-10 (for the spine) and aircraft ply. This will be a 2+1, so I still have to build the sidebites, but when I do I'll be routing them into the blank. You can't see them under the tail patch but I installed HD PU inserts into the blank for the sidebites before I shaped the blank, and I used the hemp to cover them up. So the rout-in install completely skips the fillets at the base.
nice work to all of the above!! love tuning in here occasionally to see the work you guys are doing.
Zack those look primo!
