I have a 9' 8" Dextra Custom surfboard made in Santa Rosa, CA in 1964. It says "Custom" on the label. The board has more tail and nose rocker than any such board I've ever seen from this era and in all its dimensions it's "tucked in" (for speed). The original glass skeg was sawed off (but saved) and a Bahne fin box was installed along with a leash plug. Otherwise, the rest of the board is intact and original. It's condition is very good.
Also, I have a 7'10" Surfboards Hawaii, Acquarius Series, circa 1969 or 1970 in excellent shape with a serial # printed on the board.
Anyone out there know what these boards are worth today?
I can provide exact dimensions and pictures if that would help in determining value.
