Will any shaper w/a planer skim my 1st board? in Encinitas/o-side/San Diego area?

Hey guys, I finally got to it and am shaping my first board. I have the outline already cut out from a template, still can't decide if it's gonna be a rounded pin quad or a single like I originally intended.

But since I'm doing #1 with all handtools (sureform, 3in hand plane,sanding blocks) I was hoping some shaper out there with power planer might just help me get this hard yellow skim coat off, as i stuggled using the sureform practing on the scraps I had from cutting out the outline. I live in Encinitas, specifiaclly Leucadia, but I'd be way down to make a drive to any surrounding area in S.D. Just dont wanna gouge/ruin it before it's even started!
