Hey guys and Gals, I have a beautiful Custom Wooden Board BY Vinnie's Customs of Naples Florida. Vinnie Redding is a great builder and the board is perfect. Never been wet, never had a skeg mounted and not a ding or scratch anywhere. The board is located in The Tampa St. Pete area but I will deliver or ship for the right price. I inherited the board and have no room for it in my small house. This was over $3K new and I would like to sell it for a reasonable price. Message me at 813-394-5730 or call. Tom I can send more pix as well. Don't want to overload the page...

Thanks Nathan. Was a pleasure meeting you and passing on my 52 year old Hobie. 4-1--21
1969 6’10” Hobie Positive Force
While I haven't surfed since the late 70s I do still have my last custom board that I custom ordered from Hobie's Dana Point shop back in 1969.
She has traveled with me cross country from Texas to Oregon and through my four homes in Oregon.
I have many images that I can email to prospective buyers and there are several already on Swaylocks.
This is a super cool slice of surf history. It's a hollow with(what I have been told) a honey comb like core. It was the first of the super light wight board to come out. The link below is a more in-depth story of the board. I have had it for probably 10 years just as a fun board to look at. I never surfed it.... looks like a fun shape to ride or something cool to hang on the wall. Harold walker (walker blanks) told me that not many of these boards made it of the 70s because they got beat and know one really knew how to fix them....
