The Tajima brand 'Japan-Pull 265' is the best pull saw we've found for cutting surfboard outlines. The more teeth the better when cutting foam, and the Japan Pull 265 offers triple-edged 16 TPI (Teeth per Inch) which allows for extremely clean and flush cuts. Ultra-thin spring steel blade which flexes nicely around curves. Pistol-grip handle provides an ergonomic, comfortable cut angle.
And we have better prices on this tool than Amazon (unless they use their internet wizardy to quickly find this post and undercut us). We know some of you prefer a big saw for your big boards, or prefer a jig-saw or router bit or whatever, but if you're considering a new handsaw try one of these out and give us your feedback.
